Question: Can I come by to get my skis serviced?
Answer: Yes, you can come directly to our workshop for ski service. The time it takes depends on how busy the workshop is and what needs to be done on the skis. A full service usually takes between 30 and 45 minutes (during opening hours) on a quiet day. For prices and more information about our services, click [here].
Question: Can I keep the rental equipment longer than planned?
Answer: Yes, it’s possible to extend the rental period. You can keep the equipment for as long as you like and pay for the extra days when you return it.
Question: Is it possible to rent without a reservation?
Answer: Yes, you can drop by and rent directly from us. We have a large stock of ski equipment, but we still recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and to save 10% by booking at least one day ahead.
Question: I can’t return the equipment today as planned. Can I return it early tomorrow?
Answer: Yes, it’s fine to return the equipment by 11:00 AM the day after your last rental day, as long as it’s during the winter season. Please contact us if you’re unsure.
Question: Can I pick up the equipment the day before my rental period starts?
Answer: Yes, you can pick up the equipment after the slopes have closed on the day before your rental period begins. This allows you to start early the next day without waiting.
Question: Can I buy ski passes from you?
Answer: No, ski passes must be purchased on the mountain. We do not sell ski passes in our shop.
Question: Can I keep the bike longer and pay for extra days when I return it?
Answer: Please contact us by phone to check if this is possible. Due to high demand, it is usually not possible to extend the rental period for bikes without prior agreement. Call us at +47 91 92 92 91.
