  • After your payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email to the provided email address. In this email you will find details of your order and receipt. If you do not receive an email within a short time, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

  • When renting from Trysil Skishop, you start by picking up your shoes. All you need to do is state your shoe size so that we can find the right fit. When you then proceed to the ski delivery, you will need to present the order receipt with the barcode that you received by email after payment. The barcode is scanned to look up and register the order, so that we can retrieve the right ski equipment. Then you can pick up your helmet, back brace and poles.

  • Then it's just a matter of hitting the ground running
