The shell is made with Nordica's Tri-Force Construction, which consists of a light but rigid frame with a hard PU or Triax material for both the buckle and core, combined with softer material around the foot and instep. This provides a combination of good power transmission to the ski while maintaining comfort. The boot also has an Adjustable Cuff Profile, which can be customized to provide more space for the calf, increasing comfort for those with stronger calves.

The Sportmachine 90 liner features Primaloft® Isotherm insulation, which keeps your feet warm and dry by wicking away moisture. The anatomical shape of the liner adapts to the contours of the foot, and it has a soft plastic flap over the instep that makes entry and exit easier, while maintaining better blood circulation. This ensures great comfort throughout a long day on the slopes.

Sportmachine 90 also has practical aluminum buckles with micro-adjustment and a 35 mm Velcro strap that allows for fine adjustment of the fit. The rubber sole with GripWalk technology provides better grip both on and off the ski area. The boot weighs approximately 1700 grams, making it easy to handle and carry.
