Categories of Skis and Snowboards:
1. Beginner Skis:
- Description: Soft and forgiving skis that are easy to handle and provide good control. Perfect for beginners who want to feel confident on the slopes while developing their skills.
- Note: May become challenging at high speeds due to lower stability. Recommended for skiers who want to take it easy and focus on learning technique.
2. Intermediate Skis:
- Description: Tailored for skiers who have progressed and feel comfortable on most types of slopes. These skis provide a good balance between stability and flexibility, making them ideal for those who want to challenge themselves a bit more.
- Advantages: More stable at higher speeds and suitable for varying snow conditions.
3. Advanced Skis:
- Description: Stiffer skis that provide excellent response and stability. Ideal for skiers with more experience who want to explore challenging terrain and ski at higher speeds.
- Advantages: Precise turning control and remains stable even on icy and steep slopes.
4. Advanced+ Skis:
- Description: Our top models for experienced skiers who want to maximize every run. These skis are stiffer and more responsive, offering excellent stability at high speeds.
- Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm and minimum weight of 50 kg due to binding specifications. Designed for skiers looking for the best performance and control.
5. Cross-Country vs. Cross-Country Racing:
Cross-Country: Cross-country skis are tailored for those who want a more relaxed ski tour focusing on endurance. These skis provide a good balance between grip and glide, making them ideal for both groomed trails and varied terrain.
Cross-Country Racing: Racing skis are designed for those looking to maximize speed and precision. They are lighter and stiffer, offering better glide and control at higher speeds. Racing skis are recommended for experienced skiers who want to compete or improve their times on groomed trails.

Insurance: We recommend including insurance on all rented equipment to ensure a worry-free rental experience. The insurance covers the following:
- Damage that occurs during normal use, such as scratches, small dents, and other minor incidents on the slopes.
- Theft of equipment if reported to the police and an official report is provided.
- Damage due to unexpected incidents, such as stones or other objects under the snow that may damage the base.

What is not covered by the insurance?
- The insurance does not cover gross negligence or intentional damage. This includes skiing on gravel roads, forest areas with a high risk of damage, or other activities that expose the equipment to unnecessary risk.
- The insurance also does not cover lost equipment left unattended, unless theft can be documented.
With our insurance, you can focus on enjoying skiing without worrying about costly repairs or replacements. Insurance can be added during the online booking or at the store when picking up the equipment.
Damage and Loss: The renter is responsible for loss or damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. To avoid disputes, we will document damage through photography upon return. In cases of gross negligence, such as skiing on gravel roads or deliberately damaging the equipment, additional charges may apply.

- More than 7 days before the rental period: Full refund for cancellation.
- Less than 7 days before the rental period: A fee may apply for cancellation, but we offer the possibility of rebooking or partial refund if you have a documented reason such as a medical certificate or force majeure (such as natural disasters or travel restrictions).
