Terms of use for customer accounts and the website

These terms apply to the use of the website and the customer account at Trysil Skishop. Purchases in the online shop are in addition governed by the terms of sale for the online shop and by the purchase terms and right of withdrawal, rentals are governed by the rental terms, and the processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. This is a translation for information. In case of discrepancies, the Norwegian version applies.

Customer account

• You must provide correct information about yourself and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
• The account is personal. If you enter information about other people (for example family members), you are responsible for being allowed to do so.

Shopping cart stored on the account

When you are signed in, your shopping cart is stored on your account so that it follows you across devices. Rental items are removed automatically from the cart when the ordering deadline for the first selected rental day has passed. If you have consented to marketing by email, we may send you reminders about items you have left in the cart. Unpaid shopping carts are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Use of the website

• The website must not be used for unlawful purposes, attempts to gain unauthorised access, automated data collection or actions that disrupt operations.
• Content, images and prices on the website belong to Trysil Skishop or our suppliers and may not be reused commercially without agreement.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of what you enter, but grant us the right to use the information in order to deliver the service – for example to adjust equipment, process orders and contact you about the rental.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue functions, and we may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the website.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time under My page. We may close an account in the event of misuse or breach of the terms. Order, payment and accounting data is retained for as long as the law requires.
