How bike rental works
- Book online: online discount and a guaranteed bike. You can also drop in without a booking if we have bikes available.
- Every customer goes through the same short process in the shop. With a booking it is quicker: show your barcode and the bike is ready with a reservation tag.
- You take a short test ride before you leave, to check that everything works as it should.
- A helmet is always included with the bike rental.
Returns
Return the bike by closing time on the last rental day (unless agreed otherwise). Rinse the bike at the wash bay outside, and tell us about any faults or remarks. Your feedback helps us keep the bikes in top condition.
