How to collect your rental equipment

In store

Everyone goes through the same stations, but with a booking you skip check-in and payment in the shop, your equipment is reserved and ready, and every station goes faster.

1. 1Show your pickup code. Your bike is marked with your reservation, in the rack or outside.
2. 2We register the equipment and set the bike up for you.
3. 3Take a short test ride and tell us if anything needs adjusting. Then you are ready to go.

Returning

1. Rinse the bike at the washing station outside.
2. Tell us about any faults or damage.
3. We scan the bike out, and you are done.
