Price guarantee

If another rental shop in Trysil has a lower list price for the same equipment and the same dates, you pay that price minus 10%.

1. The guarantee applies to rental of skis, snowboards, cross-country skis and bikes booked on skishop.no.
2. The other rental shop must be in Trysil and have a lower list price for the same package, level, age group and dates – the same first rental day and the same number of days.
3. You pay the other shop's list price minus 10%. The price is never more than 30% below our list price.
4. You always get the lower of the guarantee price and our regular online price (with the online or early-booking discount). The guarantee replaces the online discount, early booking and discount codes – they cannot be combined.
5. The list price must be openly available to everyone and bookable at the same time. Prices that require a membership or buying something else, such as accommodation or lift passes, do not count.
6. The guarantee applies before payment. Once the booking is paid, we do not change the price.
7. If we have already registered a lower price for exactly the same package and dates, you get the guarantee price automatically at checkout.
8. Otherwise, send us a link to the price, preferably a screenshot, which package and dates it concerns and the email address you book with. We check the price and send you a one-time code that gives the guarantee price at checkout. The code only applies to the equipment, dates and email address it was made for.
9. The guarantee does not apply to multi-rental, damage cover, transport, accessories or group agreements.

Example: if our list price is NOK 1,000 and another rental shop charges NOK 900 for the same package and dates, you pay NOK 810 – or our regular online price if that is lower.
